Summer Market 2025

We enjoyed seeing many of you at the City of Refuge summer market on June 20, 2025. Thanks to all who bought our naan and the many different products produced by the Stitch Initiative. Our chickens even made it into the newspaper!

If you need bread or chickens for a special event or would like to host a pop-up sale, contact us at comoafghanwomen@gmail.com. One professor bought chickens to give to graduating students, and others told us they make good hostess or teacher gifts. We like them as study buddies, or just a friendly presence in the house. For only $5 you can brighten someone’s day with their very own chicken!
